Life Stiles Spa would like everyone to enjoy their experience and have the most relaxing time possible. Please read through the information below so we can best serve you during your appointments with us.
BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT
Although last-minute appointments are sometimes available, we highly encourage advance notice to ensure your desired appointment time can be accommodated. Weekday appointments require less notice, however evenings and Saturdays are in high demand. We do our best to schedule groups within our availability, however if you have a particular date in mind let us know as soon as possible so we can set aside time for you!
GUARANTEEING YOUR APPOINTMENT
In consideration of our service providers, we require a deposit. When you come in for your service, it will be applied to the total bill for the day. In the case that you are unable to make your appointment and can provide 24 hours notice, we will issue a gift card for that amount for use on another day. If 24 hours notice is not given, the deposit will be forfeited.
ARRIVING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please arrive for your appointment 10 minutes before your start time to allow for a stress-free check-in, a cup of tea and time to settle into the spa environment. Let the days events melt away and prepare for your appointment with a few minutes to relax. Arriving late will limit your time for your service, and potentially reduce its effects and your relaxation. Your treatment must end on time to ensure that the next client is not delayed.
FIRST VISIT? …LUCKY YOU!
On your first visit to Life Stiles, please arrive 15 minutes early to help acquaint you with the spa, fill out your welcome forms and perform a customized consultation to identify your needs and tailor your service as needed.
DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT
We kindly ask for your relaxation and the relaxation of others that you please turn off your cell phone once you enter the relaxation lounge of the spa. We have complimentary lockers to store your personal items during your treatment.
Out of respect for our clientele, LifeStiles has a no child under eight years policy.
We accept Life Stiles Gift Certificates, Visa, MasterCard, Debit and Cash.
Please note that Life Stiles Gift Certificates cannot be used for Gratuities.
At Life Stiles we believe that a gratuity is a gesture of thanks for excellent service, and is the general practice within the spa industry. They are not included in the price of services or on Life Stiles Gift Certificates. The recommended range is between 10% and 20% of the price of the service provided, but the amount is left up to your discretion. Gratuities can be left via cash, credit or debit but not by Life Stiles Gift Certificate.
We understand that life gets in the way of relaxation, however we reserve your space at Life Stiles with your service provider and do require at least twenty-four hours notice to cancel any appointment. If multiple services or service providers are booked we kindly ask for 48 hours notice. We provide confirmation calls 48 business hours in advance so you have sufficient notice to cancel your appointment if something interferes with your ability to keep your reservation.
Please note that once an appointment is booked — unless we hear otherwise — we’ll expect to see you.
The charge for missed or cancellations within the 24 hour period is the full value of the service(s).
At Life Stiles we pride ourselves in our product knowledge and our recommendations. Our goal is to find products that work for you. If something we have recommended is not meeting your needs, Life Stiles will be happy to exchange it within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt except as follows:
- we cannot accept items on opened products,
- when items are purchased as a set, we can only accept returns of complete sets, not individual items
- Sale items are non-returnable.
All refunds are for Spa Retail Credit Only for future product purchases. No refunds.
