Spa Policies
GUARANTEEING YOUR APPOINTMENT
In consideration of our service providers, we require a deposit. When you come in for your service, it will be applied to the total bill for the day. In the case that you are unable to make your appointment and can provide 24 hours notice, we will issue a gift card for that amount for use on another day. If 24 hours notice is not given, the deposit will be forfeited.
ARRIVE 10 MINUTES PRIOR
Please arrive 10 minutes before your start time to allow for stress-free check-in, a cup of tea and time to settle into the spa environment. Arriving late will limit your time for your service, and potentially reduce its effect and your relaxation. Your treatment must end on time to ensure that the next client is not delayed.
FIRST VISIT? … LUCKY YOU!
Please arrive 15 minutes early to help acquaint you with the spa, fill out your welcome forms and perform a customized consultation to tailor your service as needed.
QUIET ZONE
We kindly ask that you please turn off your cell phone once you enter the relaxation lounge of the spa. We have complimentary lockers to store your personal items during your treatment.
Out of respect for our clientele, LifeStiles has a no child under eight years policy.
Quality Assurance
Safety and hygiene standards have become vital, key concerns over the past few years, as the popularity of spa treatments has grown. There is no consistent governmental regulation for the Canadian spa industry. Many provinces require little, if any licensing at all for spa practitioners – especially hair, skin, and nails. Many training facilities and schools do not have uniform, equivalent educational programs and/or requirements for graduation.The Quality Assurance Program, the only national program of its kind in the Canadian spa industry, is designed to demonstrate to consumers which spas exceed industry standards and best practices. Renewal is not automatic as spas must re-qualify once their terms expire.

Rita helps us run our front desk and is a medical aesthetician with over 10 years of experience! Her passion in our industry is doing makeup, and her fabulous brow shaping, which is renowned. Her calm and caring personality is a welcome presence. She enjoys weight lifting in her spare time and has a full family life with a daughter and twin boys.

Sara
